A new addition to our bread family. A prosciutto and Salami with cracked pepper bread. This is a super crusty, chewy "white" bread with an airy open-holed crumb with just enough of the meat filling thru-out the inside of the bread. Great dipping bread. I take some light olive oil and some fresh cut basil with just a squeeze of a fresh lemon. Salt and Pepper and of course some fresh garlic. I am a happy woman.

Rolls at the Town Crier Bakery

Town Crier Bakery The perfect roll makes any sandwich great! Sandwiched between our crusty torpedo roll is my pulled pork and home made coleslaw (low in points) with just a dab of mayo.I don't buy these at the store anymore. It's just not how I "roll." give these a try and your sandwich will be just perfect !!

Breads

There is a saying "Do like the Romans do" but since I am Neapolitan I say "do like the Neapolitans do". Bread ,wine and cheese what else can you ask for ? Expect good memories around the dinner table with your family. I can remember my parents having wine at the dinner table and adding fresh juicy peaches ( and yes I tried to steal some of the peaches } slicing the bread with the cheese is a simplistic meal but nonetheless as appetizing as any. The array of breads featured are our new artisan breads that wefeature daily. Authentic Italian crusty breads. Buttered top brioche . Savory Focaccia topped with seasonings and cheeses.. Cake

One of my favorites of course being Italian is our Luscious Cannoli cake. You can actually smell the aroma of the dark chocolate ganache that is poured all over the cake as you are about to taste it. The inside is four layers of rich chocolate cake yes more chocolate that is filled with a rich creamy cannoli cream. The crushed cannoli shell adds the perfect amount of texture to each bite. Truly divine.

The Fastnachts are coming

The Fastnachts are Coming!! Donut Day is Tues., Feb 16, the one and only day for Fastnachts! They are available in Cinnamon Sugar, Granulated Sugar, Powdered Sugar, Glazed and Plain, plus all of our other kinds of donuts will be available!! In regions of the country where apples are widely grown, especially the Northeast and Midwest states, cider doughnuts are a harvest season specialty, especially at orchards open to tourists, where they can be served fresh. Cider donuts are a cake donut with apple cider in the batter. The use of cider affects both the texture and flavor, resulting in a denser, moister product. They are often coated with either granulated or powdered sugar or cinnamon sugar.

WEDDING SHOWER

This beautiful two layer cake was designed for a bridal shower to match her wedding colors. The cake was a chocolate layer cake filled with carmel buttercream inside. Just delectable and it was enjoyable to all at the party.
